The Manitoba Pinball League is excited to announce the upcoming Manitoba Pinball Championship taking place from May 24 to May 26. We are currently seeking volunteers to assist in making this event a success. If you are interested in volunteering, please click on the following link. This presents a wonderful opportunity to invite friends or family members to attend the event, even if they are not participating in the competition. We are in need of volunteers for 1-hour shifts on Friday, May 24th from 5PM to Midnight and on Saturday, May 25th from 8AM to Midnight. The Manitoba Pinball League will provide instructions on how to input scores at midnight. Please sign up to volunteer here. Thank you for considering helping us with this event.
We’re less than a week away (Saturday March 2nd) from our first tournament at the MacGarvie Company at 212 Manitoba Avenue in Selkirk. Tournament starts at 5pm and there will be a buffet offered for food. Tickets for the tournament and buffet are $30 and you can e-transfer Dave at dave@manitobapinball.com and give your name and say MacGarvie. If you just want to play in the tournament it’s $20. And a buffet ticket at the door will be $20 so it’s a great deal if you pre-register. Some great games there already and a couple more coming for the event. It’s a Beat The Clock
tournament with 5 hours of qualifying and playoffs starting at 10pm papa style 3 game rounds for top 8. Any questions please reach out and we’ll answer them as best and quickly as we can.

Tournament pinball might initially sound intimidating to newcomers or casual players, but fear not! The Manitoba Pinball League is here to help you embrace this thrilling aspect of the game.
One common concern is feeling inadequate or fearing you’ll be outmatched. But here’s the thing: in our league, players are more than willing to share their game knowledge. The only time you can’t ask for help is while playing a game, but before and after, feel free to seek guidance. Remember, even the top players had to start somewhere, so don’t be discouraged.
Participating in league and tournament pinball offers a social dimension as well. Don’t worry if you don’t know anyone when you arrive – you already have a built-in conversation starter: pinball! As you get to know fellow players, you might discover new friends who share your passion.
So, don’t let fear hold you back from enjoying the world of tournament pinball. Join the Manitoba Pinball League, where you’ll find a welcoming community ready to share their expertise, make new friends, and, most importantly, have a blast playing pinball!
